PRIVACY POLICY
ProGuide's™ privacy policy is really quite simple. We
are in the business of developing forms, educational programs and materials, and
other tools for attorneys, accountants and businesses. The Institute of
Professional and Consumer Education, LLC (InPace™), of which we are a
division, is in the business of providing similar types of information and
services for consumers, businesses, and other professionals. Neither we
nor the remainder of InPace™ is in the business of collecting information
about our customers or potential customers for the purpose of selling it to
anyone else. We have no interest in trying to earn money from the sale of
your personal information. We collect the information only so that we can
communicate with you about our own products and services. So, in keeping
with those objectives, our policy is as follows:
1. Except as required by law (such as
a tax audit, a police investigation, or in response to a subpoena) or as set
forth below, we will not sell or give personal information which we receive from
you to any other person or entity, without your express consent. (And, we
presently have no plans whatever to ask you for that consent.)
2. Although we have no present plans
to sell any division of InPace™ or to change its ownership at any time in the
near future, we do reserve the right to sell or otherwise transfer the personal
information which you give us to any person or entity who purchases
substantially all of InPace's™ rights and interest in ProGuide™ or ProForms™,
or who purchases substantially all of InPace™, so that the buyer can continue
to contact you with regard to its products and services.
3. Of course, as time
passes, we may need to modify our policies to accommodate changes in technology
and the needs of our business - such as the addition of partnering
relationships. However, we will always post the revised policy in advance
of collecting any information - and we will continue to refrain from selling or
giving your personal information to a third party unless that third party has
some specific relationship to our present, past, or future products.
