"Law Office On A Disk"™
Use ProForms™ 2011
legal forms from almost anywhere. ProForms™
2011, being a CD, can be used any place that you have access to a computer with
a CD drive in it - and your word processing software. Since CD drives and
some form of text editor are standard on almost all machines today, you can use
ProForms™ 2011
almost anywhere - home, office, or on the road. In addition, at some future
date, we hope to expand your ability to use ProForms™ 2011
even further by making it accessible from our web site.
ProForms™
2011's licensing terms let you be more productive.
We know that if you are interested in ProForms™
2011, it is because it will make you more productive. We also know that
you may work from a desktop computer at home, on a portable computer, and on a
desktop computer in your office, sometimes using a para-legal or secretary to
assist you. For those reasons, we have structured our license agreement in such
a way that you can install the forms on your office computer, your home
computer, and your portable computer - provided that the forms are accessed from
only one of those machines at a time. And, you can also install the forms
on one computer which is used regularly by your secretary or para-legal,
provided that they will be regularly assisting you with regard to finalizing the
documents on the CD. The forms on your assistant's machine may be accessed
simultaneously with those you are accessing on your machine, so you can work
together in completing a project.
(Please see the full terms of the ProForms™ 2011
software license for more specific details as to how you may use ProForms™ 2011
as that document sets forth the
exact terms governing your use of the ProForms™ 2011
CD and, in the event of any conflict, its terms shall control and over ride the terms of this
brief description.)
